Hi, I’m Ofer. I began baking fifteen years ago. My first loaves were nice, but nothing special. Curiosity led me to research, experiment, and train in bakeries to learn more and improve. I love baking and have been teaching people for many years, sharing the gift of baking fresh, healthy sourdough at home.
