I’m Ofer. I started my baking journey fifteen years ago. My first loaves were nice, but nothing special. At some point, I decided to take it further — diving into research, experimenting endlessly, and training in bakeries to learn large-scale processes, simply because it fascinated me.

I love baking, and I love teaching. For many years, I’ve taught people the gift of baking fresh, healthy sourdough bread easily in their own kitchens. Now, with this masterclass, I’m scaling it up — sharing all the knowledge, tips, and tricks I’ve gathered over the years with people around the world.
